Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: red pepper flakes, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced radishes, microgreens

Instructions

  1. Toast 2 slices of bread in a toaster until golden brown.
  2. While the bread is toasting, cut 1 ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl.
  3. Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches your desired texture. Add 1 minced small garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
  4. Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto each slice of toast.
  5. Add your favorite toppings, such as red pepper flakes, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced radishes, or microgreens.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
