- 5 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a large bowl, combine the 5 cups of baby spinach leaves, 1 cup of sliced fresh strawberries, 1/4 cup of crumbled goat cheese, and 1/4 cup of sliced almonds that have been toasted.
